2 Hour Appointment: Reduce stress; Set goals; Create structure in your life; Increase self worth and self confidence; Identify your priorities; Improve yourself and become more succesful. Coaching sessions can be done over the telephone or in-person and can be from 60 to 120 minutes. *Some* sessions are conducted at quiet coffee shops around town. I offer a free 30 minute consultation so that we can see if we're a good match. Reiki - 2 Hour

2 Hour Appointment: Reduce stress; Improve inner qi; Open body's energy pathways; Transfer of universal energy; Natural healing art; Energize on a physical, mental, and emotional level. We'll have a chance for a check-in and determine what your wellness needs are. Based on this, we move you onto the Reiki treatment table and we intend for your wellness needs to be met. After the treatment we'll close with a gentle de-briefing, highlights/insights of your treatment for you to go with. During the session itself, Aromatherapy and music are incorporated to enhance the warm relaxing setting where you will be on the Reiki table fully clothed and under a blanket. In my Reiki treatments I make physical contact with laying on of hands. (It is possible that you may feel temperature shifts from cold to warm to hot during Reiki treatments) *I offer a sliding scale between $45-$85.00 because I don't believe that money should be a barrier to any wish, goal or dream and because I believe in generosity.
